Our Cookie Explosion Cake starts with rich, made-from-scratch chocolate cake filled with cookie dough buttercream between three cake layers and frosted with creamy cookies ’n’ cream buttercream. Then we go all in — finished with a smooth chocolate ganache glaze and piled high with double chocolate cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and Oreos. It’s big, bold, and our top-selling chocolate cake for a reason.
