It's time to take it HOP a notch with our easy Easter Cookie Bars!! Grab your helper bunnies and head to the kitchen with a box of Funfetti Cake mix to get your bake on. With only a few simple ingredients, you can create the most delicious Easter treats that'll have everyone hopping over for seconds!!  

INGREDIENTS

Funfetti Box Cake Mix (Easter)
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Easter sprinkles
1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray 8x8 baking pan
2. In large bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs and mix by hand with spatula.
3. Add sprinkles and mini eggs and fold in.
4. Press into prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with a few more toppings.
5. Bake 15-18 mins.
6. Cut and enjoy!
